Auto-Ship (FAQ)
Q: What is "Auto-ship" and is it mandatory?
A: Auto-ship allows True Source members to have product automatically shipped to them each month and their credit cards are charged accordingly. Auto-ship eliminates the hassle of ordering each month so that True Source members can remain eligible to participate in the PROFIT System pay plan. Auto-ships are sent out once per month, on the 15th day of each month, for each individual True Source Member. True Source Members can designate the products that are included in that monthly order. The order can be changed any time prior to the shipment date. Auto-ship is an optional service provided by True Source.
Q: Is there a penalty if I cancel or modify my Auto-ship?
A: No. You can cancel or change your Auto-ship at any time; however, depending on which position (Business Kit) you are enrolled in, you must meet the product order requirements for that position every month in order to remain eligible to participate in the True Source PROFIT System (see Policies and Procedures for further information).
