Q: What is my ID number and password?
A: All new True Source Members are assigned an ID number and user password when they enroll. If you have forgotten your Member ID number or user password, please contact our Member Services department (email:
member@gettrue.net). After we verify your information, your ID number and password will be resent to your email address.

Q: What payment methods does True Source accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept checks or money orders of any kind.
Q: When will my credit card be charged? When will I receive my Enrollment Kit?
A: Your credit card will be charged once you complete the sign up process by submitting your order using the online application, or by submitting a hard-copy application by fax/email. Your Enrollment Kit will be shipped the following business day.
Q: Why is my social security number required at enrollment?
A: This information is required for tax and social security validation purposes. True Source members may use a Tax ID# for a business name if desired. True Source members who are not citizens of the United States are required to use the country identification number associated with the country that they are from.
Q: How can I place a product order on my own?
A: Email member@gettrue.net with your product order.
