Victor Scarpino – Founder

A dynamic and ambitious entrepreneur, Victor has over 40 years of experience in creating and building successful businesses. He thrives on the creative process of innovation that transforms new concepts into multi-million dollar business opportunities. While the diversity of his corporate experience provides a strong foundation for True Source operations and management, his entrepreneurial instincts drive the vision behind True Source and its unique market position.

Victor’s preparations for creating True Source include building success and profitability in a variety of network marketing applications, and serving as a lead research partner for teams of scientists and nutritionists during local and international research and development phases.

Drawn to nature early in his life, Victor developed a deep appreciation and intrigue into nature’s intrinsic ability to heal, protect, and nourish the human body. His family’s own health problems led to his unfailing commitment to discover innovative ways of improving the health and well-being of the people he loves. Victor’s lifelong example of hard work, persistence, and belief in oneself is an inspiration to everyone around him.

Victor received his education from Brigham Young University and lives with his wife in Provo, Utah near his 11 children, 39 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.

Daniel Scarpino – President and COO

Daniel is a true entrepreneur in every sense of the word. His conceptive ability, attraction to challenges, and comprehensive awareness bring instinct and perception to his many business pursuits and achievements. What truly sets Daniel apart is his relentless drive for creativity. At only 29 years old, he has accomplished more in business than most people have who are twice his age.

Daniel has what it takes to create, operate, and grow a successful business, and he’s put these highly developed skills to work in a variety of fields and disciplines. His experience ranges from restaurateur to architect, and everything in between. Upon development and creation of True Source’s unique product line, Daniel’s clear vision helped to bring distinction and purpose to the direct marketing model that established True Source’s unique lifestyle brand.

The True Source lifestyle and culture found its inspiration in the way that Daniel lives his life. His passion for self-improvement, his committed approach to fitness and health, and his love for nature and extreme sports are grounded in all that True Source strives to achieve.

Daniel received his education from Brigham Young University and Utah Valley University and has received other significant awards and education in the fields of art and design. Daniel lives with his wife and two children in Orem, Utah.

Josh Hart – Senior VP of Sales

A sales and communications strategist, Josh possesses highly developed client-relationship skills in connecting personality with measurable results. As business partners for over 7 years, Daniel and Josh understand the value of vision and creativity within a strategic partnership to create dynamic results.

Josh’s well-rounded business experience stems from a variety of respected corporate and entrepreneurial ventures, including real estate investing and mentoring, finance, design, sales, marketing, and promotion. Throughout his endeavors, Josh has proven himself as an effective leader in organizing, training, and managing sales and marketing efforts for many reputable companies. His genuine posture and adept sense of humor enable him to build relationships of trust quickly and inspire personal success in others.

As an avid fitness mogul, Josh is competitive and success-driven in all that he sets out to achieve. He is constantly on the lookout for the next big thing––his own personal adventure––and he lives for the excitement and discovery that comes with forging new ground.
